We ship USPS with delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.

If you have received the wrong product, we will gladly issue you a refund upon our receipt of the item. These returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date of your order.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns on any item that is not embroidered. I’m sorry, but we cannot accept returns on monogrammed or personalized items.

We must receive qualified returns within 14 days of the shipping date of your order.

We can not accept returns on clearance merchandise.

Unless the fault is ours, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If there is anything missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
