How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Please count on about 5-10 business days (not Saturday, Sunday, or holidays) for the personalization of your order. To calculate the amount of time that it will take to receive your order, add the time for personalization plus the time for shipping.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order, we can often work with you to get your order to you quickly. When requesting a rush order, please include a list of the size(s) and color(s) required (if applicable) and the delivery date needed. Rush order requests can only be received through our contact form , not over the phone.

What is My Monogram?

It’s easy! Just enter your initials carefully as requested for each item, and we’ll arrange them appropriately for your monogram. For a single-letter monogram or 2-letter monogram, simply enter a space or * in the order form for the initials that you do not want included.

However, in case you were wondering…

A women’s monogram is most often comprised of three letters: The initial of her first name, followed by the initial of her last name, followed by the initial of her middle name. The initial of her last name is featured in the center of the monogram, and slightly larger than the initials of her first and middle names. So Jane R. Doe’s monogram would be JDR, with the D in the center slightly larger. This is the monogram that we recommend for her personal items, including clothing, jewelry, and accessories.

For the lady without a middle name (or when giving a gift where the middle initial is unknown), we recommend a single-letter monogram, comprised of her first or last initial. A two letter monogram, comprised of the first name initial followed by the last name initial is also possible. When ordering, simply enter a space when prompted for initials which should not be included in the monogram.

Shipping

All shipping is via USPS mail. You have the choice of First Class, Priority Mail (1-3 business days), and Priority Mail Express (1-3 business days guaranteed). All services include tracking and delivery confirmation. Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50.

Please be sure to ship your order using as service which includes tracking, so that you will know it has been received.

We will process your refund (less shipping charges) in about 3-4 business days. You payment will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Personalized items are yours to keep. They cannot be returned or exchanged.

Oh No! My order is not correct!

Sorry! Every monogrammed item is handmade, and human hands occasionally make mistakes. While we make every effort to check and double check orders before we ship them, we’ll replace orders or refund the order in full (at our discretion) if the error is ours. If you receive an order with an error, please fill out the Oops form and we’ll send you a replacement quickly.

Color Matching

We do our best to provide accurate pictures of items and monogram color options.

No one can represent colors accurately in pictures and over the internet. Think about it…colors appear differently in different lights and even different people will describe and interpret colors in different ways.

If you want to coordinate one of our items to another item in your wardrobe, we recommend choosing a coordinating rather than matching color. For example, if you want to wear one of our raincoats with your yellow boots, select a navy raincoat with a gray monogram. All of the colors will work well together. Our yellow raincoat will not match your yellow boots perfectly, even if the colors appear similar or the same online.

Order Changes

Production of your order may begin as soon as you place it, so please check your order carefully before you submit it. No changes can be made to your order, including the shipping address, after it has been placed.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We are a web-based shop and do not currently have a store that you can visit. Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it? No, I’m sorry. We don’t offer local pickup.

Tracking information says my package was delivered, but I didn’t get it. What should I do?

Contact your local post office immediately and let them know the tracking number. If they can’t locate the package, insist that they “open a case” for your package. Give them your contact information and they will contact you as they search for your package.

In our experience, most packages which are marked delivered, but not received are in the possession of other household members or neighbors. Inexplicably, family members, dorm mates, and neighbors can forget that they are holding your package, so it pays to check around.

Can I see a preview of my monogram?

We are happy to offer a digital proof of your monogram on many of our items after you place your order. If you select this option, a picture of your monogram will be emailed to you for your approval. Your order will be held until you respond by email with your approval or any changes you would like.
